Hi!  I just received my submission of comics back and one of the Ascension was labeled incorrectly.  I had submitted two (2) Ascension #11 comics which were issued certification numbers 4013346016 and 4013346017.  Both were labeled as the same comic, but 4013346017 is the variant. The lettering in Ascension is a different color and at the bottom of the variant there is an additional figure at the bottom holding a sword.  Both comics are accepted in the regular slot.  Can a variant slot be added and can 4013346017 be updated in the CGC system so can be added to a variant slot?  Thank you!

I have created a slot titled: Ascension 11 Variant Cover in the Ascension (Top Cow) set.

I cannot edit the database.  I would recommend re submitting the variant cover as a mechanical error, be sure to include a description of the issue, and it will be reslabbed at no charge.

I can find 69 comics in the population file with "Sun Khamunaki cover" in the art comments.

Mostly Farro's Lounge, Lady Death, and Notti and Nyce.  As I have stated before, with the nature of the database, it is very difficult to filter comics by artist.  I will circle back to this set when I have completed the other requests.  Thanks!

Unfortunately, it is difficult to sort books based on artist name alone due to the nature of the database.  I would be happy to create this set if you can provide a list of the comics you wish to have added.  Please submit this list in columns, in plain text with cert numbers if possible.

I read the guidelines and it wasn't really clear to me why it did not qualify for a set at this time.  So, I'm guessing it was due to not posting the CGC Registry number that is issued to the graded comics.  Hopefully this will help.  Thank you!

Please list the EXACT TITLE OF THE SET you wish to expand in your post and the TITLE, ISSUE NUMBER, and VARIANT.

Also, PLEASE include the Certificate numbers,  especially for large requests. 

This helps ensure the data is entered correctly the first time.

 

This information can be found by looking up your CGC Certification Number. (Please note that books must be shipped from CGC and appear on our Census before they can be added to the registry)

If a book is being requested and there is a discussion or disagreement with the removal or addition of that book, then more time will be allowed for the discussion to take its course before the book is added or removed.

When the book has been added, I will "LIKE" your post and comment with the date of the addition. This should allow the rest of the community to see the progress of their pending requests.

*Posts that have been edited after the original posting date will now be skipped and not revisited. Meaning, if you add more to your request at a later date, I will not fulfill it. Your request will be ignored and you will need to resubmit your request. In short, don't try to skip others.

Make a new post for your new requests, don't add to the old one.
