  1. Hello! I have these two copies of Tomb of Dracula 10 I wanted to submit, but the one on the left in the the first photo has this extra piece of the cover dangling off of it. You can see that compared to the other copy, that the covers are the same width and in the final photo that the "extra" piece is part of the cover. Would that hurt the grade or come across as restored? Thanks!
  2. Hi all, Thanks again for your answers! I called in and got helped right away by Marcus. Since I was creating a new submission, no matter what I chose from the Select Primary Service section, I would get a waiver acknowledgement, then click through that and after agreeing then the Select Tier section would expand and take focus. What I had to do was scroll back up to the Select Primary Service section then choose one or more of the other services I wanted to add. Since it's actually a mutli-select, the order doesn't matter. I would say that the word "Primary" makes it sound like I am choosing "the main thing" I want done and since it says "Service" and not "Services" it wasn't intuitive that I could choose more than one. I will also suggest that the boxes look more like checkboxes. Agree to waiver Scroll back up after Select Tier shows up Choose more than one
  3. It’s been a long while since I’ve submitted comics and I used to do things with the paper process at conventions. If I have a set of comics that I want to have submitted to CCS then to CGC, under the online submission process, am I supposed to select Pressing as the primary service? I was hoping to be able to list out the comics I wanted to send then check a box as to whether I wanted the comic pressed or not. I tried to go Pressing first then adding another service for grading, but instead of seeing one price for shipping, I’m seeing a charge for shipping for both the pressing and the grading. I’m sure I’m clicking in the wrong place or going out of order but I haven’t been able to figure it out. However, I was curious and went through the Private Signing process and saw that the prices for press + grade + shipping were all in one when I chose pressing as a primary process. First picture shows two shipping costs, second image shows the private signing option that has pressing and grading in one.
