ya there is no doubt a certain percent of shenanigans on ebay.

90 day is 31k. last reported sale is $28,800. I've seen many ebay sales that don't seem to ever end up on GPA. I guess that's normal.

I've come across lots of prices while looking up past sales of books I'm either trying to sell or looking to buy and it is always, always, always traumatic. I'd advise heavily against it.

I went back and re-read the provided chat/email history. I'm still confused on the timeline. Did you express to Roger your concerns over the grade of the CV after you had received it from him and looked it with your own eyes? From what you posted, it looks like you expressed these concerns and discussed possible restitution before any books were shipped, and then the next update to Roger is that it came back a 6.0 you state later in the thread that you thought it was at best a 7.0 before you submitted it for pressing/grading. Did you contact Roger about any misgivings AFTER you had the book in hand and saw for yourself it wasn't better than a FN/VF, but before you actually sent it in to be pressed and graded?
