There are tons of Green label books with missing pages, more true if it doesn't effect the story. Doesn't have to be a high grade book at all. And it's not a GLOD it's a PLOD, green labels fetch up to 75% of Blue if the flaw is minor. Like a missing marvel stamp or married cover/center fold.

100% not true. It can get a green label at the grade it would normally get without the page missing.

1st copy is the one that was from a cracked CGC, second copy has yet to be graded at all.

Biggest flaw is actually the waves on the back IMO. I can't see this getting above a 7.5-8.0.

I believe CGC allows for a lower grade in Blue or a higher (grade without the defect) In green, dealers choice.

You need to get a full picture of the inside of the front cover/first page and inside back cover/last page. Only way to tell if there's color touch for sure from pics. The 12 and the circle look a little suspect to me. And those tears on the edge looked to be sealed/glued so that would be restored there I believe.
