  1. Would love to get a commission but have to weigh the cost of sending a black to Indonesia and then back to the states for CGC. Always a concern when shipping overseas….but awesome cover!
  2. Your post had me waxing nostalgic for this book and had to pull it out and look it over again. It was purchased at the height of Frank Miller mania (before he was making regular appearances). I knew I wanted it inked and had an opportunity to have it done by the Miller’s inker the great Klaus Janson. Was just as impressed then as I am now……
  3. Excited to own a piece from Olivia De Berardinis. She no longer does commission work making the only way to own a piece is through her auctions and she only recently starting using CGC for her comic pieces. I know of only four CGC pieces that have been auctioned off including this one……
  4. Many thanks to @Par2chfor the CGC SS 9.8 signed by McFarlane and major kudos to @Triston Pencefor adding the legendary prince of darkness himself….OZZY!
  5. Mary Jane's first official face reveal was a cameo appearance in The Amazing Spider-Man #42 (November 1966). Designed and drawn by John Romita Sr., her entrance is regarded as one of the most iconic introductions in comic history, owing it to its build-up, her hyper-vibrant red hair and beauty, and her introductory line, "Face it, Tiger... you just hit the jackpot!". This was just sheer luck that this piece fell into my hands at a more than fair price…….
  6. My submission for Wolverine Wednesday and it’s a doozy! When artists ask me what I want when it comes to Wolverine commissions my general reply is whatever you want to do just make him SAVAGE! I would say artists have answered the call but Steve McNiven has created a whole new level. I was floored when I saw the finished pic and still have not picked my jaw from the floor……
  7. Found this one out in the wild and could not pass. Love the homage to Die Hard……
  8. Big thank you to @Triston Pence for this sketch. Not often you get a sketch from the director of the movie and pairs well with my CA signed Miller cowl…..even though was not a fan of the movie, the cowl is sick!!
  9. I was floored to get this one at auction for lower than most remarks on ebay…..
  10. Cooper is signing for Celebrity Authentics, so he will be signing quite a few books.
  11. Last of the Hardy books and a 9.9 to boot! Thank you to @Kevlarfor facilitating and tolerating my constant asking where these books were……
  12. Finally the last of my Hardy books to show up. Had to to get his Tony Sklepic piece signed, which the sig was better but it’s signed…..
  13. This one came out awesome! Big thank you to @mediaslave
  14. Indeed, when you consider that I only commissioned the piece for the signing.
  15. Its a toss up, some will not sign OA (Stallone, he now has a premium mark up for OA but before he would not sign OA) and some will not sign a blank unless there is something on it. When I met Uma Thurman, well before her private signings, her team was adamant that she would not sign a blank. I had to send her the artwork from Ash to be approved before she would agree to sign his work. I can only go on what the facilitator tells me and at the time there were no limitations on what she would sign....that changed day of
  16. I was aware but was told there were no limitations to what she would sign. That changed day of and she also dictated where she would sign certain things regardless of indicated customer windows.
  17. Yes, this was facilitated by @Kevlar and other comics were signed. She just decided day of that she would not sign any original art.
  18. Was bummed to find out that Stone refused to sign any original artwork day of her signing so this cover went unsigned….Ash killed it….
  19. It can be quite the pain and obtrusive and the whole chain of custody to simply attach a sticker is quite laborious.
