Thank you for that. I put some work into it, but more it is how I 'saw' the movie, and the way it effected me.

Kav, what you and many other have failed to see is this movie had "heart." Throughout most of the movie he had no direction, no purpose, no connection, no family. Basically a broken man, literally breaking down in front of our eyes. In the end, he believed in more than self, he found his heart by carrying for another.

Your answer is what I too had come up with as it speaks to the core of the character. Thanks.

I think this movie was as close to a "perfect" wolverine movie for fans as possible. I have one small issue that I will need to speak of in the spoiler that follows.

You are on to something here as I have not bought a new marvel title in two years, and only buy one DC. Have gotten into Image and independent titles.

What has happened to this community ? Where is the passion ? Where is the fire? Where is the debate ? Are we locked into the status quo ? Are you happy with the way things are? The status quo never advances anyone or anything. I look at the boards as they exist today and see stagnation. Post remain with zero activity for days. It was not so long- ago that post would go for 15-20 pages weekly. Now a post is 'on fire' if it has 30 post total. Have we reached the point of 'burn out'?? Take a risk. Be bold. Start something. Why remain if you no longer care??
