Thanks for the kind comments! It is in the basement. Windows were just replaced with triple pane (5 mm per pane) with 100% uv protection. There is a dehumidifier that is destined for the room. The heat is forced air and in floor heating. Environment should be good!

Can somebody tell me when New York comic con tickets typically go on sale? I was hoping to travel and attend this year but, it’s hard to book a trip before you have a guarantee of a ticket. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!
