The full cover pics are pretty small so it's kinda hard to tell but I'm edging towards a 7.0

5.5-6.0
Nice copy.

Yeah, 2.0.

This issue seems to suffer with Marvel chipping, my copy has it bad, but I still think this is a 3.5 at best.

5.0 as well.

1.5-1.8.
My most wanted book atm.

Thor 157 Apparent 7.5 (CT br crnr fc with corresponding bleed-thru inside cvr; I have a small suspicion that the top edge may have been trimmed, notice top spine slight leftover(?) remnant of overhang? Not certain about that, but the CT is certain; otherwise light to mod spine & edge wear, mainly btm edge fc; mod cb spine stress, mostly larger cb stress line top spine; sm spot of rust btm staple at cf; mod foxing/tanning interior cvrs; light to mod foxing & ink transfer bc, so a pretty reader from one of my all time favourite story arcs) $5.00

Boogers be damned. I'll take 'em!

By "snot index" I assume you mean the special card showing the graduated shades of green....
I don't know about that, I tend to compare it with a passing lizard.

Be careful what you ask for....
Dependent upon price/snot index.

FF #8 with an apparent booger?

4.5 as well. Nice PQ!

4.0. Great book to have.

Crease in the LRCFC. Tiny crease URCFC. Small crease LRCBC. I think an 8 is about right.

Indeed. I'm a firm believer that you can't, or shouldn't seek to manufacture value or desirability. It's either there or it isn't. But you can find new things, and avenues of interest which may affect those values and levels of desirability over time. I've always been focused on what exits myself rather than value. I like to document and research them and if others discover that work and come to appreciate them more then that's a happy byproduct in my book.
Do you mean 'excites'? As I think we all know there 'aint a market for what exits you.
Being English I suppose it's natural that pence copies or rather £sd (pre-decimal) copies don't bother me. Weirdly, post-decimal copies do bother me, I think it's the font (or the P) and whilst I'll buy them if I don't have the book already, it's one I'm looking to change for a cent copy asap.

It's a beautiful copy but a 10" crease is a 10" crease. The best looking 6.0 I've seen.

Thanks to all watching and especially echu....and closed.
