It's easy to lose focus and get carried away with bing buying, comics are like crack and eBay makes it almost too easy !
Hopefully your urges will subside and you can go on to become a patient collector, nice collections are built up over time.

Lucky Baru got a reaction from 1950's war comics in CGC shipped me Action Comics #1 Superman page, FedEx lost it, Help appreciated!
If you rent a box at your local UPS Store and have everyone ship items to it then you don't have to worry about a lost or package that was delivered to the wrong address. Our UPS store scans in the package when UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS drops them off. They become responsible for them at that time until I pick them up. Also, they note on the slip I have to sign for if the package arrived in good shape, damaged, or open.

Never had a package get delivered incorrectly since having all our mail sent there.

There is a documentary that followed Paul McCartney around.  It showed him arrive and leave from an appearance.  His loathing for the autograph seekers is very apparent and at one point he looks at the camera, explains that all of those ones he just signed would end up on eBay, and that's why he hates signing.  So, yes, "flippers" caused McCartney to have a change of heart on signing.

It is.  What are you saying?
Never said that.  What is your source?
What do you consider the start of the speculator glut?  Do you have access to Claremont's W2's?
Yes let's get back to the original point-if you can.
What is your source?  What do you consider 'the helm'?
What do YOU consider big money?  Why is this so difficult to grasp?
No one has control over what you feel except you.

    Wrong again:

Singular they is the use in English of the pronoun they or its inflected or derivative forms, them, their, theirs, and themselves (or themself), as an epicene (gender-neutral) singular pronoun. It typically occurs with an antecedent of indeterminate gender, as in sentences such as:
"Somebody left their umbrella in the office. Would they please collect it?"[1] "The patient should be told at the outset how much they will be required to pay."[2] "But a journalist should not be forced to reveal their sources."[2] The singular they had emerged by the 14th century and is common in everyday spoken English, but its use has been the target of criticism since the late 19th century. Its use in formal English has increased with the trend toward gender-inclusive language.

Agree with Kav,... It takes so much work to sell comics from that era and they have so little value that without the availability of a dumpster, one might actually have to pay good money to someone else to physically take 85 long boxes seeing how they are going to have to rent a U-haul and store the drek

The comics have a recycle value, newsprint is worth $41.00 a ton these days so X 133 tons = $5400.00
but it would be two full freight trucks to haul away .

EDIT wrong thread , supposed to be in the 400,000 of the same comic thread , cant delete??
