I was wondering what is considered the true first appearance of superior spiderman. I read daredevil 21 is but its now being labeled a cameo. So is amazing 698 the true 1st appearance?

Maybe so, but the jump from $1200 for cgc 5.0 to about $2500 just doesnt seem real to me, especially in a 4 month period. I can see if it was over a few years and i do understand wolverine is a top tier hero, so i understand the interest in him, but to me that increase is comparable to what happen to bitcoin and see how that turned out. Either way, ill have to settle for a green label that presents well than over spend on a book. Im a huge wolverine fan, and i snoozed, i know, but i just cant see spending that much on a high printed book. Id be better off saving for an amazing fantasy 15 then.

Yea it totally sucks......i actually had plans to get a coppy by august but with the price jump from after the price they were going for in january, is insane. How could demand increase that much over 3 momth period than say over a year or longer.

Do you guys think come winter time a 5.0 will be slightly lower than the current going rate...maybe around $1500?

So a bunch of you already knew i suffer from depression and took some time away from comics to try and get better mentally, which caused me to put off buying a hulk 181 i wanted momths back, do you guys think the prices on a 5.0-7.5 will come back down to january prices or at this point, the book is at a price point of no return and not attainable?

So why is the thanos 13 variant selling for $800 +? I know its the first appearance of the future ghost rider, but surely this book will come back down to earth in a dew months....right?

No but most graded missing the mvs are $800 and up. So is a 5.0 signed by herb trimpe worth a $1000?

Is a hulk 181 missing the mvs in high grade, say 6.0 or higher, worth owning? What if its signed by stan lee or herb trimpe?
