  2. The Avengers #102 - $42.00 (Very fine ) "What To Do Till The Sentinels Come!" Part 1 of 3. Plot suggestion by Chris Claremont. -script by Roy Thomas. Pencils by Rich Buckler. Inks by Joe Sinnott. Cover by Rich Buckler, Joe Sinnott, and John Romita (touch-ups). Beautiful copy. Vivid cover color. White pages. Tight copy.
  3. Captain America #143 - $35.00 (Very fine minus) 52-page giant. The Red Skull returns in "Power To the People!" -script by Gary Friedrich, art by John Romita Sr. Grey Gargoyle cameo.Nice squarebound copy. Beautiful color inside and out. Minor crease along the spine. Relatively sharp corners. Solid copy.
  4. The Sinister House of Secret Love #1 - $35.00 (Fine minus) Beautiful first issue. There is a minor tear on the back cover and a front cover corner crease (bottom right) that brings the grade down to a Fine minus. Exceptional color inside and out. White pages. Slight abrasion on the spine.
  5. Chamber of Chills #1 - $25 (Fine plus) Vivid color. Tight spine. Relatively sharp corners. White pages. Solid copy.
  6. Creatures on the Loose #30 featuring Man-Wolf - $25 (Very fine) New Man-Wolf series begins. "Full Moon, Dark Fear!" -script by Doug Moench, pencils by George Tuska, inks by Vince Colletta. Excellent copy with vivid color on cover. Tight spine. White pages. Solid and complete.
  7. Captain Marvel #31 - $60 (Very fine) A truly beautiful copy to hold. Color and gloss are outstanding. Pristine white pages. Solid spine. No lines. Silver staples that are perfectly centered. No “handling” wear. The lines on the scan are from the enclosed polybag.
  8. Marvel Premiere #2 - $23.00 (Fine) Marvel Premiere #2 featuring the Power of...Warlock. Vivid color. Nice white border. All around clean. Centered staples. Grades in raw condition at Fine. Warlock stars in "The Hounds of Helios!" -script by Roy Thomas, pencils by Gil Kane, inks by Dan Adkins. Brief High Evolutionary appearance. 4-page Yellow Claw reprint by Jack Kirby. Kane cover

Turtle Soup #1 - $25 (Very Fine plus) An anthology book featuring Eastman and Lairds Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with stories and art by Steven Bissette of Swamp Thing fame, Stan Sakai, Eric Talbot, Frank Bella, Jim Miller, C.A. Stormon, Francis Mao, Bernie and Danny Shuman, and John Dowling. Black and white; 72 pages. Cover by Bissette, Eastman and Laird. Superb copy.
  10. The Cisco Kid #35 (DELL Comics, 1957) - $70.00 (Very Fine Plus) Investment grade comic book. Only thing I can see that doesn't propel this to PERFECT status is the small date stamp. Otherwise there's nothing to talk about. This is an immaculate copy ready for CGC.
  11. Justice League of America #38 - $18.00 (Good Plus) Excellent lower graded copy of the first series of Justice League of America. This copy shows flaws associated with lower graded copies, notably spine, corner and edge wear. Well-read copy. The color on the cover is good along with interior offwhite pages. Supple and lays flat. Nice copy for your silver age collection. Features the Justice Society of Earth-2 and The Lawless League of Earth-A.
  12. Showcase presents Doctor Fate and Hourman #56 - $66.00 (Fine) Doctor Fate and Hourman star in "Perils of the Psycho-Pirate!" -script by Gardner Fox, art and cover by Murphy Anderson. One-page text feature tells the origin of the original Psycho-Pirate.Vivid color on cover. Interior white pages. Relatively sharp corners. Minor wear at the spine, specifically top staple area is discolored.
  13. Amazing Adventures #27 - $12.00 (Very Fine) Cover by Jim Starlin. "The Death Breeders," --script by Don McGregor, pencils by Craig Russell, inks by Jack Abel. Solid copy. Perfectly squared and centered. Tight spine. Clean staples. Sharp corners. White pages. Not much wrong with this one. Not a key title but it sure does look good. Affordable.

Richard Nixon and Spiro Agnew make appearances in "HYDRA Over All!" --script by Gary Friedrich, art by John Romita Sr. Guest starring Nick Fury and Sharon Carter. The Falcon gets a new costume in the back-up story, "The Falcon Fights Alone!" --script by Friedrich, art by Gray Morrow. Excellent copy with dense blacks on cover. Sharp spine with clean staples. Sharper corners. White pages. Slight blemish on back cover top of spine. This copy looks good and smells even better!

Cover by John Buscema and Joe Sinnott. Solid square bound copy. Sharp corners. Vivid color on cover with the exception of a imperceptible blemish. It appears there is a date stamp that the current owner tried to rub off. Doesn’t detract from the entire issue. White pages. Superb raw copy.

"In the Name of Batroc!", --script by Stan Lee, pencils by Jack Kirby, inks by Dan Adkins. Gorgeous color on cover. Interior clean with good color also. Interior top spine discoloration. Top right blemish on cover. Staples intact. Relatively sharp corners. Back cover shows top edge soil stain (no warping). Solid copy for your Kirby fix!
