  1. Kudos to Drew for making it happen. He is awesome. Stuart was really cool. Given what others had said and his "50 reasons why I don't sketch at conventions" I was expecting not to get anything done. I didn't have a HC trade or bound sketchbook so I thought I would give it a shot with the Marvel Blank sketch cover and at least ask. He was more than happy to do it (for a very reasonable donation to the Hero Initiative, which I thought was cool) and after speaking to his wife Kathryn (sp?) I now understand a little more about the 'sketching at conventions' aversion. I can't say I blame him either Drew
  2. Great book (thumbs u Congrats on your run - I'm only 4 issues behind you!
  3. I can attest to this firsthand. I had submitted a previous CGC 9.8 Blue label book and it came back a SS CGC 9.4 with no apparent defects which would have caused the grade to drop (other than ink smudge on the back cover). I called CGC for the grader's notes and the only noted defect was indeed the aforementioned ink dropping the grade to a 9.4 from a 9.8.
  4. Kudos to blue808 for remembering my interest in a book he had had for sale previously. Book was packaged great!

  8. Hi Kevin, Is there still a rebate for handing in the blue label so that CGC can delete that serial number from the census? Thanks in advance, Drew
  9. Thanks Casey! Took some time but worth it - only need about 10 more books from 1-27 and a couple more reprint books (those will be tough!). Didn't you pick up the #73 and can now change your sig. line??
  10. Hi Rhonda, Nice to see you back posting (thumbs u I was the one that snagged the #30 It was one that I needed to fill in a hole and as such I bid quite agressively on that. I have now completed from #27-66 and am working on filling in the holes for the earlier issues. Drew
