  2. Damn sorry buddy Too bad you didn't see his expertise displayed here on the boards
  3. Why did you buy from this insufficiently_thoughtful_person? Did you miss this thread about his awesome grading? Although this guy does offer refunds i'm sure most people just like you decide to just keep the piece of that he overgraded since the shipping costs to send it back would offset the "refund" anyway so any person in their right mind would see that it would be pointless. HEHEHE if we have to bring his book's grade down 2 full grades from what he adrvertises that means something. He does offer decent pictures (sometimes), but it is people like him that me off. If you look at his feedback, he mainly has newbie comic buyers and having them receive outright junk from this guy disgusts me b/c the newbie buyers lose their trust for comic book sellers on ebay after experiences like this. This guy uses that lame excuse of grading being subjective, which is true to a certain extent, but this guy is totally using the subjective part wayyyyy out of context and grossly overgrades his pile of High grade junk. He reminds me of the bozo CGC book sellers that sell date stamped, ink marked junk and state that the eye sores are part of the CGC grade and that it is not their responsibilty to disclose it. stckwzrd1@aol.com =jerk
  4. lmao i just find this guy funny. He must get complaints like crazy. I doubt that he has any customers that come back HAHAH. The classic feedback is on the item where he states that the book is in "10.0 MINT" condition. This guy is really somthing else hahahah Here it is: 13umpire(43) Nov-04-02 16:17:10 PST 721815119 S Neutral : Listed as 10 Mint, maybe 7 VF. Other comics from seller OK. Typical over grade Response by stckwzrd1@aol.com - SEE BELOW v BOTH BOOKS WERE IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU LIKE ONE AND NOT OTHER?
  5. Remember this guy? I just thought you guys might find this ammusing. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/ebayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewItem&item=728160295&indexURL=0&photoDisplayType=2 An example of his great feedback This guy still doesn't mind overgrading his junk hahaha. How sad.
  6. LMAO! The virginity one is classic hahaha.
  7. I found this in a yahoo magazine. "In past years, memorable ebay listings have included 500 lbs. of marijuana and 200 lbs. of cocaine, a pound of anthrax, a severed head, a San Francisco parking space for a week, fake bullet holes, Willie Nelson's tour bus, Bob Eubanks himself, an F-117A Nighthawk stealth fighter, 31 inches of toenail clipppings, Elvis Presley's dental records, the U.S. presidency, a T. Rex skull, ghost poop, a frog-skin purse, Mir Space debris, a Saddam Hussein hand puppet, Bigfoot's frozen corpse, real Palm Beach County voting machines, a walk on role on Ally McBeal, a lard holder made of moose bladder, a tile of a boy picking his nose, a coffin lid, a "frozen baby white tiger" supposedly obtained from Siegfried and Roy, and the knife used to de-Bobbitize John Wayne Bobbit-an artifact that Jack Gordon, his publicist, called "a piece of American History." We think that calling it a slice of history would have been more poetic. Then there were the items that made front pages around the world. Such as a 17-year-old boy Francis Cornworth offered his virginity, Or when a human kidney brought $5.7 million and an unborn male child $109,100 before ebay pulled the plug. Or when Bryan Ward of Ellicot, Maryland offered his vote to the highest bidder. (It's illegal to do this in the U.S. and can lead to a $1,000 fine & one year making license plates that read "ebay sux.") Some presidential souvenirs that Bill & Hillary somehow missed swiping: a White House guest bathrobe, a leather bag with the Air Force One logo, and an Air Force One humidor with the president's seal and 48 cigars-none that were near Monica, we hope. One hoaxer even put ebay itself up for auction, but the bidding froze at $1.25. The Weird Stuff category is so big (around 15,000 entries) that ebay offers three subcategories: Slightly Unusual, Really Weird, and Totally Bizarre."
  8. About the naughty comics, give greggy a PM on those. He's a perv like that hahaha. Have you spoken to John Byrne? Ooooooooh ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
  9. oops... I was referring to the Gay Comics #1 CGC 7.0 since Odin claims that I like "Gay" comics
  10. lmao! I would buy it if it wasn't so expensive. TRULY A CORNERSTONE BOOK TO BUILD YOUR COLLECTION AROUND! HAHAHAHAA
  11. I just think this was a mud slingin' contest gone really bad. Court? C'mon. I just think you guys should stop talking/posting about one another and that is it. Cut & dry. No need for all of the court jazz if you guys can just agree to that Oh and another thing, I was just checking "who's online" and I have noticed a good amount of new users. I wonder if this kind of stuff scares them off
  12. Yeah, she'll run like the wind once you show up
  13. Greggy is the only one with "issues"
  14. Naw, i gave all my DVD porn to my friends last "X-MAS" Studying is killing me, I already busted my butt for chemistry yesterday so screw it I'll just read the chapter summaries later on
  15. greggy and murph0??? Aren't they best friends?
  16. Meth, I understand your point I was just hoping that you weren't going to defend his "subjective grading."
  17. Since GRADING IS SUBJECTIVE I started a poll in another thread to see what grade this book would most likely fall under. Don't forget to put in your vote for NM/MT 9.8
  18. I am not going to even argue with this insufficiently_thoughtful_person anymore. He obviously overgrades his books (and that is an understatement). He takes every comment out of context & only reads & interprets it in his own twisted little way (like his grading of a 9.8 NM/MT). He probably overgrades his Junk to get a higher $$$ amount on his "consignments." Plain & simply, he's just plain GREEDY. He doesn't care about customers and obviously does not care if he rips off a comic newbie, since experienced ebayers would never bid on his auctions since he has "flawless" feedback. stckwzrd1, read the feedback left for you (31 negatives) & learn something from it. Don't reply to this because I can't stand insufficiently_thoughtful_persons like you. You make ebay & the comic community look BAD! You are a disgrace of a dealer!
