Finished a graded run of Shock Suspenstories this week!

I’ve actually had the complete run of #1-#23 since 1974. In 2015 I started getting them graded. Anything that came back below a 5.0 was sold off as well as any raw books I felt wouldn’t be worth submitting. In 2020 when I had the opportunity to upgrade my #1 from a 5.0 to a 6.0, I decided that anything below a 6.0 would be sold off. Yesterday on 8/24/22, the final piece of the puzzle MAD #13 in 8.5 arrived.

Also I don’t think they are “Hitler mustaches”. What is worse is the kid wrote “in this issue Superman grows a mustache” but there is no story like that in this issue.

Yes unfortunately the original owner did. I don’t believe it’s possible to remove it either at least that’s what several people I talked to have told me.

Alain sold me a beautiful Amazing Spider-Man #46 CGC 7.5 was signed by John Romita. It was a nice upgrade for me. Alain is great to deal with and I enjoy doing business with him.
