  1. I digress. The irony of a store owner that is an Invincible fan, named his store Invincible, but doesn't sell his Invincible comics, got under your thin skin.

This speaks volumes about you and your lack of maturity. No amount of post counts or memes will change that fact.

  2. That's the kind of response I was expecting. You felt the need to respond, negatively, to a simple comment I made about a store named 'Invincible Comics'. You didn't have to like it, of course, but you felt compelled to let it be known.

Fortunately, I didn't have to resort to calling you 'stupid'. You did fine all by yourself.

  3. Just met the owner of Invincible Comics at a convention this weekend. He's got an FB store with some great slabs. What's really funny is that he's a huge Invincible fan, will be opening a store with the same name, but won't be selling any Invincible books. He loves them too much! How awesome is that?

It isn't really all that awesome... Nor does it make any sense.

  4. Everyone is different, but I wouldn't touch that book at that price personally. Knowing this book's fans, someone may very well buy it though, you never know!

I don't remember anything significant in #50. I have to go back. The reasoning is questionable. There's only one #74 in 9.8...what would that price at?

  6. On another note. I just read an article about February comic sales numbers, which got me thinking about Invincible. So I looked up numbers for #126, it only had a little over 12k copies in sales. What gives, why so low? More people should be reading this book.

That makes sense. Mass culture normally means a banal preference.

I don’t know man, he had a tough decision. SPOILERS

On the one hand the possibility of better reality and on the other his daughter’s existence. He was sure he’d end up with Eve again, but he couldn’t guarantee the existence of Terra if he said yes to the space-time-spaghetti-thing. Not speaking from experience, not yet a least, I’d assume a parent would say f**k off to everything and everyone for the sake of their child’s wellbeing, in this case a child’s very existence.

Being a parent...I would've made the same decision.
