New Mutants 98 + some goodies

Hey guys I have a CGC SS New Mutants 98 signed by  Fabian Nicieza  I'm looking to get  $450 Shipped  $425 Shipped I'm throwing in some of my other Deadpool books and If I find more in my long boxes I'll throw them In as well. I'm open to trades if the book is of equal value. I don't accept returns on CGC Items but if the other books are damaged I could compensate for them.

How much are you asking for the CGC lot? And are you willing to just sell the first appearance of nitro?

I'm open to offers. 

I'll thrown in this issue of Phantom Stranger that predates both the first appearance of  Man-Thing and Swamp-Thing  I would say at least an 8.0. The story is by Len Wein and the cover art by Neal Adams!
