  1. Does anyone have experience with walkthru ? My item was logged in and scheduled for grading on 9/26/2019 at about 3PM since then is has gone from SFG to graded/QC to in process (which ive never seen before) back to graded/QC where is stands as i write this on 9/27/2019 at about 5:30pm. I was hoping this service was legit 1 businesses day for multiple reasons otherwise i would have just submitted express.

    Standard moved to QC today at day 23, fingers crossed for a shipment next week. Not feeling like ill see my other standard sub from 6/18 anytime soon.

    Thank you for your email. Your submission was received in our system on 6/5/19. It is currently in the grading queue.  Standard services are currently running 4-5 weeks, that’s about 20-25 business. We have approximately another week for finalization.

     

     

    Same company line I got as well. My SFG date was 6/7 no movement since. 27 days is almost double what people are paying for. Whats really bothering me is the "oh well" attitude as well as modern tier has actually gone down in time.

But then quit and started charging when received (like CGC does) because they had lots of complaints. Apparently a lot of people don't watch their debit card / credit card balances and spend $$ if it's there. When a grading company charged people's cards 2-3 months later, it put them over the limit and incurred overage charge fees. 

    That other place actually ran a poll on their FB page asking people to vote on the change. I watched in astonishment as the OVERWHELMING vote was to charge right away. And this wasn't anonymous. People's names were with their votes. 

    I can understand that but in my mind you should charge when the job is complete. It also sets a bad tone of we have your books and money too bad you have to wait. You're right people have no idea how to manage their finances.

    It seems their house is not in order right now.  I also have another submission that shows as received and signed by USPS tracking 8 days ago, and it has yet to be entered as received.  Never seen a lag of more than 3 or 4 days on that either.

    Try to give them the benefit of the doubt and have been using them for years without ever having contacted them to ask what the hold up is before this one.

    Whats also really bothering me is that they have no problem charging your credit card right away. Charge you and be at their mercy with nothing to be done about it. No communication either. They should really take a page out of PSA's book.

  6. Well I was just essentially called a liar. I called in because my standard submission at time of verified was 15 days and as of today no movement since June 7th. I have been checking in and turnaround has gone from 15, 18, 21, 24 and now 27 and was told that's not true and today is when it was changed. I used standard cause I needed them for a reason and now that is out the window.

  8. I think your assessment of those other stores is very accurate. Not to be the downer of the thread I just don't see the service your providing that's different from any place that will set you apart from the pack (strictly business aspect) also if gaming is going to be a large portion how do you deal with golden memories, the war store and brothers grim? The have the lock down on eastern island gaming
