  1. It was Sunday when it was lost. I'm not sure which parking lot it was in.
  2. Hey everyone, First, thanks in advance for reading this. This past weekend at Portsmouth Mini Con in New Hampshire a fan lost their art. Please keep an eye out for this stuff and if found please reach out to me, Rich Woodall, or JetPack comics.
  3. Oh nice! I want to get one of the ones from Rich that's the one to one. It looked so GD good.
  4. There were 2 other variants at the con too. One was a Jetpack version that had an all black and white cover and the other one looked identical to the original cover. The Jetpack variant (?) was an extremely limited print run. I spoke to Rich and he is an awesome guy. Seeing the negatives and the reprints is astounding. He even gave my daughter a issue 1 cover proof.
  5. I was there on Saturday! It was great seeing everyone. I did my first CGC Signature Series too. I had 2x of the TMNT 1 PMC 40 exclusives signed by Eastman and Laird, and 2x blank cover variants signed by everyone there too. I also got a couple of the Con Exclusive prints signed by everyone too. I got the Lawson and Talbot issue 1 covers too and got those signed as well. What an awesome day!
  6. Thanks so much for the reply! Great advice! Where would be the best place to reach out to look for people who will be there to witness? BTW, congratulations on getting that art signed by everyone. It looks great!
  7. I got tickets to Portsmouth Mini-Con, will there be any CGC witnesses there? Also, I've never done any CGC before, what's the process and prices?
  8. I'm thinning out my collection. I have lots of TMNT books including signed and sketched Eastman and Laird comics, the super rare Mirage Studios Commandosaurs Comic Mini-Series, a huge (91 Comics!) IDW lot of Eastman Variant Covers, Jim Lee signed X-Men 1, and Bisley signed Punisher. 9. Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this. Like the title says, I'm looking to buy a page from TMNT RTNY run (Volume 1, issues 19-21) that includes Zog the triceraton and at least 1 turtle. I'd be willing to trade, take a look at what I have on my Comic Art Fans page https://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryDetail.asp?GCat=98777
  10. Thanks, I'll definitely give those places a call this week.
  11. Hello! I'm looking to get a few of my OA pieces (mostly TMNT - duoshade pieces) framed soon. Does anyone have any experience with professional framers in Massachusetts or Rhode Island that that would recommend, or NOT recommend (HAHA)? Thanks in advance for the response.
  12. HAHAHA, yeah, I knew people did this but I thought if it had bids on it it raised a red flag. FWIW, I contacted the seller and he told me he setup a sale with someone for $9k.
  13. Any idea what happened with this issue 1 auction? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Turtles-1-CGC-9-4-Mirage-1984-Teenage-Mutant-Ninja-/153151152858?nordt=true&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.m43663.l10137
  14. It's a 90's X-men, so anywhere from a $1-$5, HAHA. Signing was free, soooo, I guess it's worth $1 - $5. Which is fine. It's funny, I never sell stuff I get signed. This was one of those, left the house moments thinking one thing, and after I left the signing being like, what was I thinking, HAHHA.
  15. Yesterday at Boston Comic Con, my wife and I got my 2 copies of gatefolded X-Men #1 signed by Jim Lee. I'm debating on selling one of them, since I'm not sure why I got the same copy signed. I've checked e-bay prices and they're all over the place. What's a fair selling price for one of these? Thanks in advance.
  16. I'm looking to buy some Saga original art (assuming there are only con sketches available), or signed prints.
  17. Up for sale is an original Usagi Yojimbo sketch by Stan Sakai. Typically I don't sell my sketches, but since I bought the exact same sketch twice (kind of a funny story), I would like to sell one of them off. I'm looking to setup a commission with another TMNT artist. The size is slightly smaller than a comic book.
