    I just got a hold of a copy of ASM 400. The outside cover (tombstone) looks great, but the inner cover has lots of indentions from the outer cover. Can the inner cover be pressed somehow ?? (Short of removing the outer cover of course.) Any other suggestions ?? Thanks....
