    Honestly, if they are successful in ending USPS, prices will go up for everyone except the for profit private companies who will take over. This is America.

    Honestly, I think Generation X or very early millennials are probably The last Generation that will buy comic books. I'm pretty sure Generation Z is Digital based. Comic values will plummet once their demographic ages.

    I've been hearing a few different things about framing Original art. Do most people still recommend mylar if you use a frame like this https://www.bagsunlimited.com/category/200/original-comic-art-frames or is it not necessary?

    I would fight it just for the heck of it. There's a chance ebay may side with you and it would be satisfying. And if they dont, and you would refund anyway... may make you feel better that you tried.

    He's probably telling the truth. Would be a weird lie to give. I always take refunds. However, if you don't want to deal with the hassle just give him the 50 % off and move on. Cost of being on ebay. Sometimes you lose.

    Also seems like he was a great seller and had a very good reputation as well. Lots of people seemed very pleased with his sales. Guess, he was just an all around excellent dude and obviously very active in the community. Anyway, that's the most I can find... hope this helps the OP in some way. Going back to watching a movie.
