    Yes. Also, if they aren't the type to pay, I rather not deal with them at all. Too much potential for headaches in the future. If they pay great. If not, who cares. I try not to let someone's deficiencies affect my life as much as possible...I just don't care. Worst case scenario of non payment is me relisting which takes 1 minute

    I see both sides of the situation . Sadly, it sucks on both ends. Often sellers try to maintain a good reputation, so they will take refunds. However,this doesn't seem to be his prerogative in your case. That being said, you did buy it and I assume inspect it. You had some responsibility in the interaction as well. Anything I buy over 100 dollars these days, I use a Loupe after dealing with a similar issue in the past. @The Lions Den Gave me good advice on how to use the Loupe ... it's all about the dots

    No, I don't think people are stupid. I still think Newsstands are more valuable then Direct editions because it's often harder to find themin better grades since they are bought off at grocery stores, bookstores, etc. yes, Mr. Highgrade has a million of these, but unusual. I don't think most people hoard newsstand copies.
