Just saw on Fan Expo Dallas Facebook that MJF has cancelled but they have a "MASSIVE" guest announcement as a replacement.

Looks like that seller is actually fan expo’s eBay store.
most likely they will have them for sale at their fan expo cons this year.

Do we know if there will be a good amount of CGC staff/witnesses present at their booth? They were overwhelmed/overworked last year, it was like 2-3 people...
Curious to see how much staff they will have at C2E2 as well since it is on the same weekend and they are providing on-site in Chicago

Yes they have. Some that have done the guaranteed 9.8s and no raws have them sent to the grading company who destroys the remainder printed. Thing is, they always print more than they say to cover damage, comps and test prints. They always print more than is advertised. It's not up to the retailer.
Even Bulletproof is saying the virgin is limited to 1,000 and they will all be 9.6 or higher. But in the last they have accounted for 20% damage. So, they are printing at least 1,200 would be my guess.
You are talking about the extremely limited 250 graded copies like dell’ottos iron fist cover.
they didn’t do that with any of the venom dell’otto covers. Print run of 600 virgins raw not graded, no mention of what they did with the other 400 raw copies

And you know this how?
I don’t know exactly what they do with them, which is why I said most likely.
they do have those extra 400 copies through which none of the stores have publicly said what they do with them.
-
Stores that advertise 600 print runs are just misleading the consumer, since the min. print run for marvel/D.C. is 1000. They have those extra 400 copies and most likely try and sell off down the road.

Wouldn’t mind seeing riverdale cast members.

I have a modern fast track that was verified on 10/23 and hasn't moved since. Based on some of the other posts I cant shake the feeling that something is wrong with my sub. Does anyone have a Modern Fast Track sub verified on or after 10/23 that has shown some movement?
Thanks!
Patrick
i wouldn't worry too much. I have seen fast track books sit at verified then go through all the steps to graded in 1-2 days times.

I already sent my hold payment for Gadot a couple weeks ago. When do you need the books by?
There was an email I received in October that said November 15th is the deadline for comics/mags

The books sold at a con that are presigned all have COAs, so even when CGC witnesses someone buying those books they will still have the COA with it. CGC just must be sending those with the CGC slab.
-
JSC Pre-signed books at his booth at cons are eligible for yellow label if the purchaser brings a CGC witness with them when they buy the book from the booth. I believe the person who works with JSC is a witness for CGC so when he pre-signs the books at the warehouse they are being witnessed.
That is from my understanding.

How does one get so many copies of a 1:100?
Do a store variant with a print run of 5,000 copies = 50 copies since store variants count towards ratio books

Dont see how that's getting a yellow label. And not even a guaranteed grade.
Scott's collectibles donated that item for the auction so they will turn it into CGC for yellow label from what I understand.
