Of course it's against the rules. You can't use eBay for free advertising and then cut them out of the deal. Especially if you used eBay's mail system to communicate.

Is there a way for sellers to put a note when they cancel a bid? I wonder what the reaction would have been to that post if it wasn't a board member.

i have never been into the moshing heavy thrash metal. i like to listen to a singer that i can understand his vocals. to each their own i reckon.

 

 

i will say this my younger brother got me to go to see poison and slaughter when poison was on top. i think that concert had the most beautiful women i have ever seen in one place.

From the auction link I'd say his eBay ID is close to the ID he's using here. If you see anyone with working and dog in their name with 1777 positive FB I'd say that's him.

I always think the cover art is not related to a story, unless I've read the book itself. A lot of cover art is unrelated to the interior, such as FAC # 20.

That's one reason why ECs are better than the rest.

Did the person who was holding the handle suddenly disappear and leave just their arm?

Did their arm break and they fell to the ground? If so, why is everyone looking at the arm and not at the person on the ground?

Did the arm suddenly materialize out of thin air?

 

Great copy of a great book. I bought Vault of Horror 29 and 30 from Bobby Bell in the early seventies for the princely sum of $10 each - marked down (on the bag) from $15. Beautiful copies too (still got 'em).

 

To answer the "what is going on" question, as I recall it was a few medical students who decided to play a few practical jokes with parts of the cadavers they were using in their anatomy classes.

 

Naturally, there was a "get square" E.C. style ending.

 

I like the little gag on the subway advertising - "Stomach Upset?"
