Mysterious Traveler Comics #1 Very scarce Skeleton Train Cover Here's one you don't see everyday! Clean copy with a couple flaws. Small tear on bottom right edge of front cover by the shadowy figure. Small dog ear on bottom left edge of back cover. Otherwise great color and staples holding firm with supple feel. Off white pages. GPA shows only 1 recent sale: A CGC 6.5 sold in October 2018 on Heritage for $780.00 Only other graded sale was back in 2015! (4.5-5.0) $425.00

Crazy pants comic purchases; what's your's?
mustang33guy replied to Cat-Man_America's topic in Golden Age Comic Books
I had been on the hunt for a few years for this book and almost gave up hope of finding one in any grade. Then I got desperate and decided to check previous sales on Heritage as those we some of the only recent sales I had discovered in my search. Decided to try out the “Make Offer To Owner” without knowing if the person still owned it. They did and then I felt the lump in my throat when they accepted because it was way more than I expected to pay for a comic But once the dust settled I was very happy to say I now own the third highest graded copy. And I’d do it again! -
American Air Forces #3 Tough WWII book in beautiful shape! Elephants trampling Japanese soldiers after being shot at from American fighter planes Very supple and clean copy of a hard war era book from early 1945. Great interior art and beginning splash page! Pres I think could provide a bump. Off white to white. (6.0) $175.00 SOLD
