I had been on the hunt for a few years for this book and almost gave up hope of finding one in any grade. Then I got desperate and decided to check previous sales on Heritage as those we some of the only recent sales I had discovered in my search. Decided to try out the “Make Offer To Owner” without knowing if the person still owned it. They did and then I felt the lump in my throat when they accepted because it was way more than I expected to pay for a comic But once the dust settled I was very happy to say I now own the third highest graded copy. And I’d do it again!
