Key Comics #3 Very cool cover with equally neat first splash page! One that doesn’t come up too often Lower grade book with some wear on the spine. Lower edge has a 1” Split. Staples holding fine. Cream to off white pages. (3.0) $150.00

Heroic Comics #3! Very scarce early issue of this series, Nov. 1940! Hydroman created by Bill Everett who also created Sub-Mariner! Great looking book with a tight spine and clean staples. Main issue is there is a small hole that penetrates through entire book. Other minor is first page has slight rip in corner but still attached. Off white to white pages (4.0) $285.00 SOLD

Slave Girl Comics #2 Amazing Avon GGA book! From one owner collection in Philadelphia. Absolutely no restoration done! Was part of a collection of about 150 books stored in a dry finished basement. Owner also only bought books for the covers and never bothered to look at the fantastic art inside, so almost no handling wear! White pages! Truly a book you don't see come up looking this nice too often 8.0 $625.00 SOLD

Jumbo Comics #82 Sheena Taillight cover some small amount of chipping on right edge of front cover fanning into the first couple pages. 1/8” top split. Otherwise book is glossy with strong center staple and off white pages 4.0 $135.00 SOLD Last GPA in 4.0 was $191.00 in June 2017

Captain Marvel Adventures #11 Captain Marvel wrapping up Nazi and Japanese Soldiers WWII cover! Book has great appeal but issues are: puncture hole that goes through entire book. Some paper loss on right edge of front. Cover detached from bottom staple but holding on top. 2.5 $95.00

Detective Comics #92 Cool Batman Cover Cover is detached from top staple and barely hanging onto the bottom but by definition still attached. Top edge has some paper loss. Colors are nice and book presents very well for technical lower grade. Pages are cream to off white. 2.5 $175.00 SOLD

Terrifying Tales #15 L.B. Cole SOTI book. Really neat date stamp placement on girls leg. Clean looking book with some great colors and gloss retained. Small color fading marks in title. I’ll be heading there on Saturday next week myself. Metropolis, SuperWorld, Anthony’s Comic Art and I’m sure a few others will be there.

Like many others I”ll take what I can get in regards to certain books. But ideally as a general guideline for myself my sweet spot is a nice mid grade all day long 5.0! Just one of my deliverables is a clean spine with no staple issues. If you have to worry about a book falling apart upon opening then it’s a no go lol.
