  1. Ha. I’m a numbers guy. I think about stupid stuff like that all the time. I know how many books are in each box I own.
  2. I have made a couple purchases on there. No bad experiences yet. My pet peeves are: - There are basically zero rules. Everyone does things their own way, and you kind of have to feel your way through. - Many sellers demand or expect F&F payments, which I am allergic to, unless I actually consider you a friend. I have been guilty of asking for that on here a couple times, but I am way over that. It's just better to do things with the protections and benefits. - No centralized feedback. You have to dig for it, and ask around. All this is similar to Facebook, though the only buying/selling group I use on FB has some (loosely enforced) rules. Overall, it hasn't been bad for me, but I cannot see doing a major purchase there without some significant history with the seller.
  3. How, if at all, do you guys track your collections? I am a spreadsheet nerd, so I try and keep a listing of every book I own (including duplicates) with the box it's in, the year, publisher, grade and OSPG values. I also try and keep the price I paid for the book (even if it's an estimate), and I try and keep track of what I sold the book for (if I ever do so). I'll save you the time...I'm a nerd. But, I love numbers. I know that I have 112 issues from the publishing year 1964, and I have 413 issues of the Amazing Spider-Man, and I have more issues of DC than Marvel (by only 53 books). 4,547 issues overall. I love keeping track of where the holes in my collection are, etc. I assume I am not alone, but anyone else out there worse than me?
  4. Seriously...who at Marvel thought a Paste Pot gun was cool?
