Now, about that “elusive” #4......

As a self proclaimed lower-grade-afficionado, I prefer books with one or two big flaws. I have a TOS 57 that looks great in the mylar, but has a complete and neat spine split. Doesn't really bother me at all. I have a really nice ASM28 (black cover) with a 2" tear through the entire book. The blacks are really nice on that book, and I think it looks much better than a lot of books with higher technical grades. Now, the kicker is the nature of the major flaw. I hate water damage, and front cover writing, and tape pulls. So...to each his own.

Celebrating completing my JLA #1 - 100 run this week (#s 3 and 9 just got here, and #69 is in the mail). Here is the 1 - 10 group shot. They aren’t high grade (1 is coverless with a reproduction stand in), but they are all mine.

Watch your listing there...should be #14 instead of #13. -
Easy transaction from my end. Iggy communicated well, and made a very fair offer on a small bundle of books in my thread.

Unearthly Spectaculars #2, a Harvey Giant from 1966. Call this one 4.0 with general wear and aging. There is some tanning throughout, and the spine has wear. A stain on back cover too. Overall, the book looks pretty good for the grade as the front cover doesn't have a lot of wear in the middle. It's just around the edges, and makes for a nice presenting cover. $8 shipped in the US
