  1. Classic Comics #5, original edition, interior cover promo variant, 1942. Kind of rough, but complete. Pieces missing from the spine, tear along the right edge of the cover that is probably 6" (see spoiler), creasing, etc. Cover detached from top staple, but still holding at the bottom. But the colors are great, the pages are really nice, and it's a rare one. Seems like a 1.8, maybe 1.5 to me. Last graded sale that I can find of the variant was a 2.0 in Oct of 2004 for $161. I have no clue where this should be priced, so (admittedly) guessing... $225
  2. Classic Comics #2 (HRN28), 1946. Also solid and well attached with 16 wraps and the cover. This copy looks better with good colors. However, there is a small corner piece missing at the bottom right front. Also, the pages in this area are tanned a bit. This doesn't impact the full page, but whatever aged the paper is probably to blame for the corner piece missing. Overall, it looks better than the #1, but probably the same technical grade....4.5ish. $30
  3. Classic Comics #1 (HRN28), 1946. Solid and attached with the appropriate 16 wraps plus the cover. This copy is probably a 4.5, maybe 5.0. Very supple pages. $35
  4. I bought a large collection that ranged all over the place. I have a stack of Classic Comics/Classics Illustrated that I don't collect. Most are slabbed, but a couple raws, too. Any additional pics can be requested, and I am happy to provide. I will run just a short thread here (maybe only through the weekend depending on interest) before moving these to (fe)eBay. I also have a Copper/Modern thread running, and a thread in Mixed with figures/statues. I am happy to combine shipping from any of these. RULES: PayPal is easiest, but I'll take a check or MO if that's what you want. US shipping is via USPS Priority I like the flat rate legal sized envelope for raw books, so that's $8.25. Slabs ship at $15.50 for as many as will fit in the Medium Flat Rate box. If you buy enough to need more than that, I will cap your US shipping at $20. Insurance is they buyer's choice, and will cost whatever the USPS/UPS/FedEx rate is. If you want something else, happy to work with you. I will ship outside the US. I'm not trying to make any money on shipping, so I am happy to work with you, but 100% of the cost will be on you. I'll accept returns, but shipping is on the buyer unless I made an error in the listing. First “I’ll take it” in the thread wins, and those would trump any ongoing PM negotiations. No buyers from the bad lists. Let me know if I missed anything.
  5. I have to run...thanks for looking, and I will try and get back online later to finish up with Copper/Moderns.
  6. Life With Archie #s 36 and 37, Adam Hughes variant on 36 and Alex Ross variant on 37. These are in addition to the copies already listed. Very high grade. $10 for the pair
  7. Avengers No Surrender #685 and 686 (2018), part of the Immortal Hulk story arc. Very high grade. $8 for the pair.
  8. Immortal Hulk The Best Defense #1 (2019), two copies: Cover A and Skottie Young variant. Both are high grade, but have very slight corner dings at the top of spine. May still be 9.2 each, but 9.0 for sure. $9 for the pair.
  9. Absolute Carnage #3 (2019), two copies: the Ron Lim variant and the Pepe Larraz variant. Both very high grade. Cover prices were $4.99, grab the pair less than cover. $9
  10. I have time for just a couple books today before I am tied up most of the day. Hope to get back to it later, but who knows? X-Men The Chris Claremont Collection, leather bound hardcover in slipcase, print run limited to 1,100 copies. Looks unopened. I say "looks" because there are at least two layers of plastic. The outer layer was obviously put on by a seller (this layer of plastic has a tear that does not impact the book). It appears that under that layer is the original shrink wrap. I can't be certain of this, and the outer layer is so well sealed, I don't want to tear it off. Regardless, the book looks great. Listings on (fe)eBay look to be $150 and up. Keep me from listing it over there at $140.
  11. I never posted a bundle on the Green Lantern variant covers. That's 17 different books. I will do $99 for the lot. One sold, so only 16 books, and let's do $92 for the lot.
  12. Bump...how about 10% off? I would rather not move these to (fe)eBay if I can help it.
  13. That's all for now. Will hopefully post more tomorrow. Thanks for the looks, the takes, and the lurking.
  14. Havok & Wolverine Meltdown #1 (1989), signed by John Muth and Kent Williams on the first interior page. 9.0 on the squarebound. $12
  15. Terry Moore's Strangers In Paradise #1 (1996), signed by Moore with COA from Wildstorm Emporium. 9.0 copy. $10
  16. Two copies of Archer & Armstrong #0 (1992) both signed by Shooter with COA from Catch A Star Collectibles. Copy A has some sort of faint wear at bottom right of front cover. Very light concentric circles...almost look like indentions from something sitting on the book. Probably could press out if you were so inclined. Call it 8.5, but looks a world nicer than that. Copy B is 9.2 or better (not pictured, but can be provided). Copy A is $20 **NOW $17** Copy B is $30 **NOW $25**
  17. I found another copy of DC Comics Presents Elseworlds 100 Page Spectacular one shot (2012), this one is also extremely sharp, at 9.4 or better. Take Copy B for $50 **SOLD to @warden5523**
