  1. Seems like a decent place to stop for now. There are still some 'Tecs to list above 500, and a few more Batman related randoms. There is a recap on page 4 for books listed up to that point. Then a lot of Bat-books since then still available. Make me an offer on multiple purchases. I also dropped the prices on the remaining X-Men books on page 5. Thanks for looking.
  2. Detective Comics #500, 1981. This one has some wrinkles to front cover, and a smudge back cover. Solid and tight, and the wear is mostly non color breaking, but there is quite a bit of it. Maybe 5.0 as it sits? FREE to any purchase from this point on that totals at least $15 (only one freebie per qualifying purchase). Must claim. **CLAIMED**
  3. Detective Comics #s 497 and 499. 497 has spine roll and edge wear, and is probably about 5.0. 499 just has some very light wear, and is more like 7.5. $8 for the pair
  4. Your choice on the next four issues, $4 each, or $13 for all four. All these are in the 5.0-5.5 range. Detective Comics # 481 Detective Comics # 482 Detective Comics # 483 Detective Comics # 492
  5. People like to talk about their favorite covers. Well, I have always hated this cover. It’s Clayface…I just don’t like him on this one. You should certainly not let that stop you, though. Detective Comics #479, 1978. Probably 4.0 with plenty of wear all the way around. See bottom front edge especially. FREE with any Detective Comics purchase totaling $15 or more.
  6. I hope you newsstand collectors have noticed those beautiful UPCs on a lot of these. Detective Comics #478, 1978. Very nice copy with some minor spine stress and a bit of edge wear right above the "NO. 478". 8.0 to me. $14
  7. Detective Comics #477, 1978. Nice book. Maybe 7.5 or so with spine stress being the biggest issue. Some edge wear too. $13
  8. Detective Comics #473, 1977, not as nice as the last one but still sharp. Thumb marks top, more spine stress/edge wear. 7.0 condition. $8
  9. Detective Comics #472, 1977. This one is pretty sharp. 8.0 with just a bit of spine stress, and a tiny corner crease front bottom right (could maybe be 8.5?). $13
  10. Detective Comics #470, 1977. I wanted to call this one 5.0, but big corner crease front and edge wear back drop it. 4.0. $5
  11. Your choice on the six below, $4 each, $10 for any three, $19 for all six. Detective Comics #455 in 4.0 Detective Comics #458 in 5.0 Detective Comics #463 in 5.0 Detective Comics #464 in 5.0 Detective Comics #466 in 5.5 Detective Comics #467 in 4.5
  12. Detective Comics #431, 1973. Solid mid grade copy. Edge wear, back cover needs a cleaning. Nothing major. 6.0. $9
  13. Detective Comics #429, 1972. Wrinkles/surface wear, lots of spine stress, 4.0 range. $9 **SOLD @Big.Mike**
  14. Detective Comics #416, 1971. This one is about 6.0, maybe better. See chip right edge, and bottom spine. Those are the issues that hold it down for me. $22
