    Hi Everybody!

Thanks to adamstrange's unreal sales thread, I'm gonna have to part with a few books over the next few days :sorry:

Just listing one book for this particular thread
The usual, no Probies, no HOSer's, and no meanies
Paypal, Check, & M.O. are the accepted payment methods for this beauty
Priority shipping in the US  for $10
International shipping is the actual cost
Please play nice, and be respectful of the fellow boardies.
I'm open to offers via PM, but the first :takeit: on the thread trumps all.

My slabbed books have a no return policy. Ok, here we go......

TEEN-AGE ROMANCES #16 CGC 6.5 OW/W Super Matt Baker Cover and art.  This copy has fantastic eye appeal for the assigned grade.  Tied with one other 6.5 (which I believed just sold earlier today on the boards :D ), and only a single 7.0 is graded higher $1400

    Take it via PM negotiation

Police 25 Rockford. This is one of my favorite Plastic Man covers for the colors and originality of Jack Cole's image. Census:  tied for highest with one other copy. CGC 9.0 for $1500.

Census: Tied for highest with one other copy. This copy was not pressed by its owner and, as an old label book, unlikely to have been pressed.

There are some challenges with my scanner and these old slabs that have slight scuffs so if you have a question feel free to ask. I can take a close up picture of any spot to assist.

Here's  something   a bit out  of the ordinary.

The Monster Times  #1,  January 1972

I LOVED   this  newspaper  as  a teenager  and young  adult,  bought it  whenever  I could  find it.

Tabloid sized,  and  chock  full of  interesting  stuff,   it read  like    a  cross between  The  Buyers  Guide  To  Comic  Fandom,   RBCC,   and  Famous Monsters  of  Filmland.

This one is in pretty decent shape,  but  has  a  1"  tear  RH  edge,   see  scan.   It's  aged  remarkably  well,  with little or no  yellowing.

    Asking  $25

    Mister  Mystery 14

    Another  good  decoupage   candidate.

This copy  actually  displays  reasonably well,  with  good  gloss,  but my oh my...

About 40 percent  of  the  back cover,  nearly  the lower half,  is  gone,   Adios!  All  that  loses you is  a chunk out  of two  mundane  50's  ads,  but still....long narrow  piece out  of  lower  LH  FC,  the spine splits up  from  there  to the staple,  and then  the big  BIG  tear starts,   from  the staple  through the chest,  and on through  the head of  the one eyed green  alien   Sigh...Interior  is tight with a few small tears,  nothing  that touches the art.   White  pages.

    Decoupage  away  for $15!

    It's  Christmas  in July!

Rudolph The  Red Nosed  Reindeer  Giant  Annual,  1962-1963.

This is the tough one  I'm  told,   and it's only the second one  I've ever gotten my hands on.  Listed  in  Overstreet  as  RARE, and  I might just believe them.
A buddy  of mine  looked for 25+  years  before  he  found  a  decent  copy.

Flat  and  square,   with  some  general wear, small dogear upper  RH FC,  and  a big one that  runs  from  the lower  LH FC all the way up to the  center  RH.  Barely  breaks  color at all,  but  you should  see it in  my oversize  scan.  Bit of rubbing  BC,  and  a  couple  puzzles inside of  been neatly  penciled.  Cream to offwhite pages,  tight  spine.

I want  $75  for this one.

    Young Men #28 CGC 6.5

Howdy!  For sale I have the last issue of Young Men.  #28 at 6.5 which places it tied for 3rd highest graded.  Just two 7.0s and one 7.5 rank above it.

Asking price is $750 which will include shipping up to $12.  A 6.0 sold in January 2016 for $690 and there's currently a 6.0 for sale online for $700.

Last recorded sale of one of the 7.0s on GPA was nearly 15 years ago!  The 7.5 last sold just over 9 years ago according to GPA.

Returns are accepted if for some reason you are not satisfied but your intention to do so must be indicated to me within a week of receipt.

1st  :takeit:trumps any PM negotiations.  PayPal, check and money order are all accepted forms of payment.  Thank you!

Last Books from my GA collection. Boy/girl bondage, TEC

Well, this will be my final sales thread. I'm selling the remnants of my collection. This hobby has been fun and have enjoyed chasing books and meeting great people. These are all just recently returned from CGC and yes, they have leaned pretty hard on some of these books. Prices include overnight FedEx shipping and sales are final. If books sit here after 24 hours I will reduce by 10% until gone. PayPal preferred but will accept other payments as the need arises. Thanks for looking. I will add grader notes at the end of this thread. Nothing has been pressed or cleaned to my knowledge. Back cover pics upon request

Up first is Georgie Comics 18 and is at the top of the census currently (only 2 on the census ) 400.00 on this rare gem. Pretty certain this one is the exact copy in the Photo Journal . Notes :

    ight spine stress lines

light wear full left of back cover

light, multiple crease full left of back cover

medium tear bottom of back cover

I've taken public transportation, and various forms of transportation, but due to my increased amount of driving, I've decided I really need to be comfortable.  I have to seize the moment as well, as I have convinced my wife that it's a good decision. I'm still getting slack for it as we speak lol  I am lucky she's even considering it. On Sunday morning, I will post a picture of the car. Right now,  I'm driving a 2001 Honda accord with rollup windows. It's time for an upgrade!

I had that same 2001 Honda Accord with roll up windows that I purchased new right after 9/11. Man do I miss that car. The new Honda that replaced it after 7 years was no match. I say keep the Honda and the book.
