  2. Absolutely solid! This is great, haven't seen one if these, nice!!
  3. I prefer the newsstand as well (ASM300 Newsstand is actually my favorite book). I tend to prefer newsstands with the copper and early modern books in my personal collection as you can see below.
  4. You know how to make an entrance!
  5. That 9.0 was relisted by the seller. Lets see where it ends up this time...
  6. It worked out to be a perfect storm of defects that allowed this book to look as nice as it does (with a nice wrap, centering, no MC on front cover, white pages, etc.) and remain a blue label and stay affordable to me. I couldn't be happier to own it
  7. I asked CGC and they said that since the stickers were factored into the grading process as a defect, that is why it got blue instead of green.
  8. Unfortunately I do not. The grader notes didn’t elaborate on them either, they simply state “sticker centerfold”.
  9. Thanks! I have to admit I am very curious. Maybe one day I’ll get an answer to that mystery
  10. Thanks! You are correct the bottom staple is detached, hence the hit to the grade despite its otherwise superior presentation. Not sure what the deal was with the stickers. In the grader notes there was no elaboration, just the comment “stickers centerfold”. Nevertheless I’m thrilled with the book!
  11. Finally a member! My first ever copy
  12. Welcome to the Boards! Great first post! ...and wow that is a nice looking Incredible Hulk 181 GLWTS
  13. VERY pretty copy! One of my all time favorite books. GLWTS!!!!!
  14. Normally I do not collect SS books (don't want to take away from the cover art) and also don't particularly like Stan Lee signed books in general that he wasn't directly involved with writing the story for. That being said......I went against both of those personal preferences when I had my ASM 700 9.8 Ditko variant signed by SL because I liked the idea of having both the Ditko cover and Stan's signature, the two guys who really got the ASM series started, both represented on this "last" ASM issue.
