Hey guys. I'm pretty new to comicbooks, and have a CGC 6.5 Giant-Sized X-Men #1 signed by Stan Lee and Len Wein.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but around what would this be worth?
Well, according to the GPA website, a CGC 6.5 signed by Len Wein & Stan Lee both recently sold for $900. Another 6.5 copy signed only by Stan Lee recently sold for $1,030.

Does anybody have a release date for this years guide?
According to this Ebay pre-order listing, it comes off the press July 19, 2017.

Ok, now I'm confused. I said I'll take ASM 20, but then it showed ComicCarl's post before mine. So, I edited it to say too late for me, but now it shows my post first before ComicCarl. Definitely confused who was first. I guess I was? I'll let the seller decide.

Does anybody know if there is a way on Ebay to see your past sold items from more than 60 days ago? I only see a way to show the last 60 days of sales.

don't forget that you can donate books to charity for tax deductions, especially obvious junk $1 books that don't move after 2-3 shows that can't me used to create runs. Great way to create space for at least SOME return.
You can only claim a charitable deduction if your Itemized Deductions on your tax return are higher than your Standard Deduction. For most people, the Standard Deduction is higher than Itemized Deductions, and thus they take the Standard Deduction. When you take the Standard Deduction on your tax return, you can not claim charitable contributions as a tax deduction.

Whenever I ship comics to CGC, I go to the UPS store to ship them. I have had them insured for $4,000 or more multiple times. They do have strict packaging requirements and I pay $10 or so for them to take my box and package it up into a new box that meets the insurance requirements.
UPS won't ship to PO boxes though, so you need to send it to a physical address.

I'm going to say 5.5 mainly due to that 6 inch long crease. Last book I sent into CGC with a crease that large was graded 5.0

I guess I don't take it, since X-Men 27 is sold already via other channels.

Great seller. CGC comic was packaged well, shipped quickly, and a great deal.
Thank you,

How is this comic CGC Universal grade with trimmed cover?
Does anybody know how this comic is CGC Universal grade, blue label, with a trimmed cover? Last time I sent a comic into CGC with a trimmed cover, it came back purple label restored.

Display it in a closed room where you keep the lights off a majority of the time and no sunlight gets into. Then when you want people to see the comics, just open the door and turn on the lights! Best of both worlds.

I got American Collectors Insurance, and the only thing they required was pictures of any comics worth more than $2,000. They didn't ask when I bought the comics, or who I bought them from. Overall, it was quite easy to apply for a policy.

I'll take it for FF#112 CGC 9.2 per pm.

How do you test if the coupon will work or not without actually committing to buying the item?

I just hope Chuck's insurance company knows his 40% off code word.
Hmm..that's a good point. Is it considered insurance fraud if you claim you lost a raw copy of New Mutants #98 with a price tag of $2,500, when the highest a CGC 9.8 ever sold for is $1,200, and the average current price is $749?
