  1. Yeah, I would be shocked if there is another run even close. I am a little surprised Sarte doesn't have the Mile High AS #4 9.4. I figured him or Cat would have it. I wonder where it is? Great, great, set!
  2. Nice. I threw in a bid on that one but lost track of its closing. That guy seems to undergrade his books, judging from the scans. Wow, nice! I've never seen that one. I don't think so, anyway.
  3. A rare accomplishment fer sure! I still say you need the #11 though. What's a little more money for a beautiful blonde? Anyone else have a full run of All Select?
  4. Those look like presentable copies. Barks did an amazing job with those 10-page DD stories. He really did. Some of his best work. Nice haul on the books!
  5. I missed this. I hope you are well along the comeback trail Thank you...better every day! mm Keep healing Mr Mann! Ouch! I missed this too! I hope you are feeling better!
  6. That's a great one! I had a Beagle while growing up so that speaks to me.
  7. I was just talking, through PM, with another borad member about AS #11 and here she is! Very nice copy and congratulations!
  8. Man, that Jimmy Jupiter splash is...um..well, lets just say that absinthe is a heck of a thing. Thanks for posting! Love the interiors!
  9. Holy spit take, dude! A Cap #2 and a Cap #36 and a Cap #...I think I'm gonna faint now! Nice pickups!
  10. These are really cool! Thanks for posting. I love the odd things like the 1 shilling 10 cents thing.
  11. Although a married back cover isn't consistent with the statement that the book is "complete with no restoration" ... or is it? And you wonder about his not pointing out the married bc until being asked about it. In any event, it seems like anyone who reads the description gets an accurate view of the book. Kudos to you for getting him to add this additional info that any buyer will appreciate having. +1 Thanks for speaking up!
  12. I feel for you. I recently had a PGX 9.4 come back as a CGC 8.0. That cover is really fantastic! I feel your pain. I sent off a PGX unrestored 5.0 and it came back with restoration. The restoration is minor and I love the book but... Lesson learned on buying PGX
  13. Wow, what a nice copy to finish the run with! Can't wait to see a better scan.
  14. Love Torch #12! Its one of the first books I snagged when I got back into buying Timelys.
