What a beautiful USA #6. Mine has its problems but i'm happy with it. I like to believe that some kid or collector trimmed the excess paper off the pages and not some greedy scumbag.

I don't think they match any covers but I think the Donald and the Saint Bernard are from a daily newspaper strip by Taliaferro. I'm willing to be proven wrong. The fence looks like his work.

I've bought a couple of really good deals in comics. I got this Archie's Girls Betty and Veronica 40 for something like $15 in eBay bucks so... free. Came back an unrestored 4.0 from CGC. For some reason I do not take crazy risks on comics on eBay. I've passed on some amazing deals because I just was not brave enough to pull the trigger.

How anyone can sell comics for a living, or even as a side hustle, and say they do not grade comics is beyond me. I bet they act like professional graders when you are trying to sell something to them.

I have a number of the lithographs framed and hanging in my bedroom. Fortunately my wife is a duck fanatic too. I lucked into buying the preliminary oil paintings to "Menace out of the Myths" and I own a couple of Barks water colors but I would really like a page or a completed oil painting. Don't think either will ever happen but you never know.

Is this a stand a lone or a four color?

Of course Donald Duck 26 and 27 are also my favorite. Hmm, I guess I cannot choose just one as my favorite!
