  1. And the time when we submitted our value submission, the timeframe on the CGC website wasnt at 60 days. It was at the time of submission, I believe, 40 days. The change in timeframe was done a few weeks after our submissions were received. I have Christmas presents in my submission and was hoping to get them in the 40 day timeframe. Looks like I might have to put I.O.U.'s under the tree.
  2. When was your submission entered as received?
  3. What tier did you use and whats the status of your submission?
  4. May the best submission win! Please keep updating your submission's progress on here and I'll do the same.
  5. Im in the same boat with my value submission. Dropped off 10 books at Baltimore Comic Con on 9/24/17 Received 9/28/17......and still there.
  6. Building up sets in the SGC registry. I love the holders and the grading scale.
  7. My 10 book value dropped off on 9-24 & received on 9-28 is still in received. Im hoping to get them back by Christmas as well.
  8. Now we're going to see a Beckett Comic Book Monthly so they can overinflate the values of CBCS books like their sportscards price guides overinflate the values of BGS, BVG, BCCG and whatever other grading system they have. CGC values, like PSA, will be okay because you can't tick off the top dog. But values from any other grading company will be near worthless, even if those companies are superior to Beckett.
  9. Dropped off at Baltimore Comic Con and then received on 9-28-17
  10. I hope the Collector Society buys SGC and brings them back into the fold. Collector Society should get back into the card grading game. Especially with PSA's questionable grading and Beckett's poor customer service (not to mention they have to have 3 different card grading companies instead of just 1). SGC would be awesome with the Collector Society's registry.
  11. Try three or four. Beckett has at least 3 card grading divisions.
  12. My 10 book Value submission from 9/28 is still sitting in received. Did you fast track your value submission?
  13. And this would not be helped by the Beckett purchase. Beckett is notorious for having the worst customer service out of all the card grading companies.
  14. I wish the Collectors Society would buy SGC and bring them back in the fold. Collectors Society should really find a way to get back in the card grading business. Imagine card registries with the way Collectors Society has their registries. That would be awesome.
  15. 1st show for a convention that's close to home so I figured I'd put a post to spread the word. https://www.facebook.com/oceancitycomiccon/ http://www.oceancitycomiccon.com/
