    Bottom right is Magazine Enterprises (+1 TopoftheTotem). It looks familiar to me too--probably because it's similar to the EC logo. I don't have anything from Magazine Enterprises--it looks like they published a lot of Golden Age cowboy/western books...

    Marvel Preview #12 pre-dates the final issue of Tomb of Dracula by two years. After the 70th and final issue of Tomb of Dracula, Dracula was resurrected a couple of months later (October 1979) in the magazine-format Tomb of Dracula. I will leave the details of his return to your discovery...
