I agree about the subgrades, leaving it an option is good than to not have an option.
Since my last post I pulled 3 SSB Vegeta, Unbridled power cards and I currently have one listed with a print line defect on Ebay--along with other cards. I'll most likely get the other 2 Vegetas graded by CGC with subgrades, when funds and time permits.
I thought about doing a bulk submission as well, and will do one eventually, still up in the air, if I want them to all have subgrades, maybe only the high value cards (SPRs/SCRs) that I have will get the subgrades, just to save some money.
Also, nice Vegeta cards! Promos too, sweet! You killed it with 3 Unbridled Power cards. I may have a second coming in from eBay but the seller seems weird right now so idk.
Does anyone have any good sites to buy? I tried TCG player a few times and it is hit or miss with condition. The selection is great though. I have a local shop that is decent as well with singles.
Any help is appreciated. -
Funny I shipped one card in a box last week. The language on the how to ship does suggest a box. I would have sent a bubble mailer had I known there were no restrictions. Thanks for clarification.

Maybe we can make this the official Dragon Ball Super CCG thread. I watched the tail end of Dragon Ball and all of Z and so on. I was happy with Super starting up and have seen all the episodes. I really like collecting these cards. That being said let me add some visuals from the collection. You can tell my favorite character.

Nice Card, I pulled two of the Supreme Kai of Time, Brainwashed SCRs after opening a number of packs identical to the quantity of about a case. Like everyone else I was hoping to pull that exact card or the God Rare, maybe in my next box openings...
Did you get it graded since the time you posted?
CGC slabs are nice and their turnaround times are good and bareable compared to other grading companies. The re-sell value may not be as high as the competition, but that can change if CGC plays their cards right and consumers take notice. I see it as an investment.
I think the sub grades were definitely a step in the right direction. I feel they are at least #3 right now as far as TCG cards are concerned. I sent in the Vegeta SPR last week Standard. I want to see how that turns out. If I like it I will do a bulk submission. I will do subgrades on all and send a few mid grade cards with the majority high grade to see how they judge them.

I still like both the book and show but am always behind. I'd love to post more frequently.

No clue. Who is Dr Frye (1st app) and does that anything to do with it?
I believe Dr Frye was also a character from the original Hulk television show and this is his first comic appearance. Look back to that character and it clues you to where the current story is going.

well, each company was allowed to do a version so there is Batman Spawn War Devil and Spawn Batman. Different books and different creative teams. I don't know if you meant that or not.
I meant as far as direct, newsstand and this third version with logos on the rear of Spawn Batman War Devil. Anyone know the story behind the logo bar version?

I don't know, it just doesn't strike me as something people flocked to the newsstands to buy, and in turn leaving many to be returned by the store. Just conjecture, but you said it yourself, it's an odd book to reprint like this... even though I think it's cool, being a Wrightson. And I'm not expecting this to be a ohmygoditssorare book that someone will pay a premium for, it just seems like something that there aren't a whole lot of.
Again, just conjecture and speculation.
Anyway, more on to topic, I found this for a dollar today:
How many versions of the Spawn Batman are there? I feel like there are 3 or 4.

Hard to cope with the news but he is at rest. Much love from us all.

Is there a reason why it's selling for that much ?
The cover is considered probably the best Spider Gwen cover ever.

I'm just getting back into this hobby, and everything has gone up. Still looking for my X-Men #1!
I am in the market for a copy too. I kept running across good deals the past year on the other issues 2-10 that I diverted my attention. Now I may have to pay for my lack of haste. Even worse I missed two reasonably priced low grade isses of late by seconds. Hopefully I'll be able to find what I need at NYCC this weekend. If not I'll wait until con seasons end.

Any information on the AMC TWD panel at NYCC? I cannot find any information online and would like to take my daughter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not 1 9.6 left now huh?

Cates said Mind Bomb was one of the most frightening books he has ever read and enlisted the artist from such to do the cover of an upcoming Carnage 1 shot.
-
Not sure why the value has increased currently but I would think it is a cheaper alternative in grade to 300 with a similar less busy cover. Personally I like the cover to 301 more than 300. This is a hoarder book for me but I don't have a 9.8 copy for you or myself currently.
-
I am a McFarlane stan but I would sell it and buy another single cover 9.8.
-
The former.
-
9.8 run is probably my next goal for this series. That does seem like alot though. I haven't found a high grade raw ever of 23 to date.

That is decent cover art on it as well. I think you should gave it graded. That would be a grade/keeper if I were you.
