    Its a hand drawn sketch, so some one has drawn on it professionally. Just am not familiar with artist, or if this is common practice with the blank variants?

I Understand its the blank cover variant, but cannot find any examples or reasons why spidey is on it. Can anyone point me in right direction please!! If you approx know value too, that would be a bonus!
