    Hi Jennifer, I just recently upgraded my account to elite status and it said that I would get a $150 credit for doing so. How do I use this $150 credit? I'm getting ready to submit another book to CGC that cost around $270 and I want my $150 credit to be applied. I do not see a comment box or coupon code to use. Do you know if the $150 will come out automatically on my next purchase? Thank you and respectfully, Torin
