Fantastic Four #1 CGC 2.5 Okay, I'm testing this out for a spin. I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell this but I think I'm ready, although my asking price is on the high end of going price. It has just been graded and is a blue label, CGC 2.5 with white pages. One piece of tape on interior of cover. A 2.0 just sold for $10k the other day. I will entertain offers to an extent. This is just hard for me to part with. We are a brick and mortar shop based out of an Oklahoma City suburb. We have a FB page, Instagram, and an upcoming website with an online store. We have sold on here for a few years, but this is by far the biggest book (we have sold a Daredevil #1 before). Asking: $9,000 OR trade of up to $6k plus payment. Batman lot has sold via PM

Low Grade Batman Group (1.0 to 2.0) $75 Hard to price this batch. Batman #139 has a detached cover completely torn in half down the spine. Detective Comics #311 is better but has one detached staple at the cover and a spine split about half the way. Batman Annual #3 is like a 3.0 and has a decent Joker cover.

Lot of 8 House of Mystery (All are VG with a few maybe VG-) $80 for the lot Lot includes #130-132, 134, 135, 137-139. All have serious subscription creases but are bright and glossy, complete with good staples.

Fantastic Four #7 (GD/VG) $170 Fantastic Four #9 (GD+) $170 or $310 for both Two early FF that you can either take one or the pair. #7 is the nicer of the two with general accumulation of wear. Staples attached throughout. #9 has attached staples but paper loss and a stain ring on the back cover. Pen writing on front.

Batman #232 CGC 3.5 $160 Low grade but looks way nicer. Spine split is the main problem. Case is in good condition.

Wilbur #5 (1945) VG/FN $800 Tried this one at a much higher price last week. This is a very sharp mid-grade copy from a very reputable board member. Staples firmly attached. It's a very nice key of 1st Katy Keene.

Moon Girl and the Prince #1 (1947) VG+ to VG/FN $1100 Shipped Another structurally nice book with solid staples. Has some foxing on top cover and on the back. Small corner tip crease. Small spine color break.

Wilbur #5 (1945) FN- $1250 Shipped A very nice book with firm staples and nice page quality. Perfect for grading but I haven't had the chance to send it.
