I submitted in last summer's auction and for the most part I was happy.

I too have my CGC boxes sent to Walgreens. I am never home when they deliver, or the few times they try to deliver and I am home I get the message that they tried to deliver and no one was home (but yet I was). Of course whoever is the FedEx person who delivers to Walgreens should look for another line of work. They sometimes deliver it but don't scan it as delivered to Walgreens. Other times they deliver it one day and take it back out of Walgreens the next day, and then forget to scan it then. So my package is in limbo. I then beg the national support of FedEx to please hold my package at the their facility 25 miles away and they say that can't be done. Then a week later I get an email saying I can go there and pick it up. The people at the facility tell me to call next time and have it held there and I just laugh since the national FedEx will never let that happen.

I had one single order a few months back that they said was missing a book. I said I sent the book. They told me they would look at the video and get back to me, but to give them a few days. I gave them a week and looked saw my books were shipped. The book in question was in there, but they never called to say they found it.

Has anyone read this book? I want to know what was the line that Jim used on these two.
