Well moaning while someone is screwing you , usually does warrant a smile from the one doing the screwing. Jokes aside the way they have and continue to handle this is completely unacceptable.

My last submission was for the Terry Austin signing which was 4 books. 3 had to make a return trip for issues. Once they made it back they had to go back again for different issues. Two of those three were marked as shipped today so in the next day or two I should know if those are finally fixed. The third is SFG, but has been escalated to the head grader for review. I have not sent another book to CGC since all of these issues. Although I do still have these to get back and the books that I sent in to the George Perez signing that have also been a big mess(really hope they do not screw these up like they did with my TA books although just like Economy Tier they are WAY off on their estimate of 8 weeks TAT) I do not have high hopes. They obviously do not need my money and I do not need the headaches, damage, year plus waits, etc, with my books.

I would agree . I was only posting that as others had mentioned "legal" action . And similar to your post these are all just some of the MANY obstacles that would all have to be faced if someone wanted to pursue that route. Personally I will just wait for my books back. At the same time I will not be sending them any more Economy books.

Well if this issues constitute a 2nd degree misdemeanor technically the statutes of limitations in Florida state that it must be filed within 1 year of when the crime was committed. Depending on how this is viewed you may not even have any chance with some of these already being over a year. They literally have now held some of our books so long it is not even considered a crime anymore.
