    Agreed . We just obviously have different opinions on what a well done steak is. Just saying that is probably why so many get it wrong. You say WELL done.. What they hear is well done. ( in there mind a well done steak still has that savory pink in the middle. )

    Also if they are removing the kidney, chances are it wasn't perfectly good. To each their own. If you want to eat the kingsford after I am done grilling my steak , more power to you.
