I believe so... because when I complained about it to Ebay they said that they will send him a warning and that he had to pay for the shipping back.... I was just surprised to see how many people supported a scam artist that shared my personal information out of spite. So I had to get Ebay and Cgc further involved

I never seen a Archie comic and the proof is that my finger prints are not on it. What I seen was a very bad shape 301.

I agree that buyers have advantage over sellers. But the case that I'm dealing with is a seller who tried to scam me of a comic book asm 301 stating a minimum grade of 9.4 but was more of a 4.0 grade. This is after I waited 3 weeks for this thing. I was even willing to take a partial refund of $10 out of $30 so I don't have to deal with spending more time going to the post office. Then he refused to refund... then gets in trouble with Ebay.... then in spite comes on here making a story up and sharing my personal information (against the law) Then starts a bully trend against me on here... I have 100% feedback he has much less and I sold on Ebay and had issues but never went this low So do you think that is fair?...

I sent back what was given to me... I don't know where this archie thing came from. I recieved it looked at it and right away packed it up in better packaging then what it came in.

Now to continue justice from Ebay to CGC and eliminate sellers who do wrong and anyone involved

Are you friends with the seller or something... why would do that.... does that even make sense? I got my $30 back only $30 so how does that make sense. Why are you using my name repeatedly.?

First of all you sent me that comic in the worst condition and over a week late... then refuse to refund then get in trouble with ebay and now your sharing my info with false storys this is a lawsuit for sure! and reported you to now CGC
