  2. CGC,

Can you please update the label for Detective Comics #168. This is also the "1st appearance of the Red Hood". Right now its just "Origin of the Joker".

    Thank you!

Not the sharpest looking 6.0, though it could just be that the black cover brings out the spine ticks.

a 6.5 sold for 16500 back in March but a 1.5 sold for 4200 and a 1.8 for 4800 recently.  I think this 6.0 at least matches the 6.5 price.

    Spot on

That slab is a boardie slab. Wowithurts.  He originally bought the book in Chicago when it first came out and slabbed it a couple years ago and sold it on eBay to the seller who just sold it now.

Thanks for the backstory. Also just to be clear, "guy" is referring to ASM 667, not the ebay seller :). I really wish I was in it back then, would've loved to see all these crazy books start taking off. Now it's impossible to own one. Unless I sell a body part.

  5. It is difficult and intimidating to contribute as white belts however we will go through the motions of buy/sell/trade. We will kick with our toes and punch with our thumbs inside our fists. We will buy high and try to sell higher in order to recoup costs but the upper belts know better, so we end up selling low. We buy low and then try to sell real high but the upper belts know better so we end up selling at FMV, unless another white belt buys it high. Now it's that white belt's turn to learn... As we move up in the ranks, some of us will share our experiences and give back. Thank you all black belts for your patience and understanding in this dojo.
