Oh man, that would be terrible since I'm seriously looking to buy a page

I decided to experience this myself so I inquired about multiple Gene Colan pages. They emailed me back and listed the prices on all the Gene Colan pages. I found a few pages that interested me and when I compared their prices, they were $100 to $300 less than other OA sellers selling "comparable" pages (talking $1k-2k pages). I'm finding myself drawn to possibly buying a page from them, but these comments/stories are hard to ignore. Is it safe to assume that all pages they sell have been "altered" in some way...i know that is a huge generalization. Meanwhile, I have since asked about the specific condition(s) of the pages...we shall see Thanks for putting this all together btw!

Amazing Spider-Man 183 is in FN/VF to FN+ condition for $12 specifically, there is a crease in the top right corner that extends through the comic; front cover spine looks really good with very tiny spineticks/creases and finally, there is a small diagonal crease on front cover that extends to the back cover; comic is clean, complete looks/presents well

Amazing Spider-Man 181 is VF to VF+ condition for $12 specifically, there are very tiny spineticks/creases on the front cover spine as well as some pressure indentations on the front cover; a small crease on the right side of the front cover next to Kingpin’s head; back cover has few very minor “stains” or dirt marks; comic is complete & looks/presents very well

Amazing Spider-Man 178 is in FN+ to FN/VF condition for $10 specifically, there is a slight 8ish inch non-coloring breaking diagonal fold that starts before the letter A in Amazing & between the P & I in Spider-Man on the front cover. It does go through entire book to back cover, but it is more pronounced on front cover; there are also tiny spineticks/creases on the front cover spine as well as some pressure indentations on the front cover; there is a small crease in the lower right had corner that extends to the back cover; comic is clean, complete looks/presents very well

Yeah, I noticed there have already been some surprising bids too. I had been "watching" around 12 pages, now its quickly down to about 3-4 . Also, could just be fresh quality pages entering the market

I am planning on selling my complete run of Flash 1-100 (volume 2) either here or eBay. All issues range from NM to VF condition How much could I expect if I sold all 100 issues together? I did check sold eBay listings, but didn’t find any where all 100 issues sold together I also am thinking of either selling them in groups of 10 at a time or worst case selling them individually. Not sure how should I proceed…any feedback is helpful. Thank you in advance.
