    Modern tier help

    Hello, I’m sure this has been discussed many times. But for modern “key” books how does one figure out value, and what happens if I’m wrong? For instance nyx #3, ufo #4, edge of spider verse #2. Are these ok modern tier submissions or do they have to be put into a different category. What about stuff like Spider-Man 194, 238 etc. Thank you for any help you may have
