    Hello everyone!! First time posting here and I had some concerns so i figured I'd ask the experts! Been collecting seriously for about 2 years, since my bedroom was a little warm, I moved my small collection of about 500 books to my family room downstairs.  The air is far cooler there however the humidity is outrageous!! It can rise up to about 75%. I have two buckets of damprid and several quality silica packs in my boxes. I already know this is not safe but my question is would these products help to stave off any damage or am i just setting myself up for heartache later on? Any help would be awesome! Happy collecting!
