Does CGC grade double covers? and if so, do they grade each cover separately or as a whole?

It's a double cover, and worms had a feast inside. I'm sure the double cover may bump up the value, but the worm trails will surely lower it. Additional pictures added below.

Please grade my Adventure Comics #109. Comic has a dirty cover and a few worm holes at the top right corner.

After reviewing several options, I have concluded that sending a "PayPal invoice" to the buyer is the best method for payment.

I've just posted my 1st book here for sale (Detective #267). I've only sold via eBay and get hit with fees fees fees and more fees from eBay & PayPal. I'll only be accepting PayPal payment if my comics do sell. My question is ..... What is the most common type of PayPal payment used by sellers here? Create and send a PayPal invoice, Request money, or having the buyer send money as a goods/service, or send money to a friend/family. What are pros & cons to each?

Would I be able to post a comic for sale on this site while its still being offered for sale at another venue? Example .... Say I have an ASM #300 that I have offered for a "buy it now" on eBay for $300, but I'd like to give CGC board members here an exclusive discount and offer the exact same comic for $250 in the "Comics Market" section of this forum. Whichever posting sells first will cancel out the other and end its sale. Is this okay and will I be within forum guidelines?

good luck with the sale ..... funny thing is I had a 6.5 on an eBay auction at $350 for weeks and it didn't sell ..... I repost it 2 days ago on a "Buy it Now" and it sold today for $425 ..... what's HOT & what's NOT can change in an instant.
