  1. The seller was wrong for the way the transaction was handled between him/her and the buyer...that does not necessarily make him/her dishonest I can appreciate that your dealings with the seller went well and without incidence but that is irrelevant to this specific transaction.
  2. I think the slightly brittle pages is the x-factor There seems to still be about a 30%+/- % delta between the books in grade...how much do you discount the SB page quality?
  3. a no return policy does not absolve you from misrepresenting or changing the condition of a sale. Argument is weak. Based on your first reply to this matter, this will not bode well for you in the end.
  4. There is no doubt in my mind that @BlackOut21 is in the wrong.
  5. it may be more about the ability to sell the book in the future...for the same reasons that many of us can't agree on this copy, so will potential buyers I agree...it's a very nice copy but I believe you can find a "better" copy in a few months for less
  6. this is a pretty nice copy but I think there is still pain left in the market...wait
  7. love these cases.... https://cgagrading.com/acrylic-display-case-stand-for-giant-sized-cgc-comic-books/
  8. where to begin?...this will be a long thread...let's start with this obvious, dumb promo...

In brief, it attempts to reintegrate paper pulp into the lost areas of documents through gravity and/or suction
  11. ya it's a beautiful copy. I would trust your instincts and consider sending this copy back with a note asking the graders to point out exactly where they see the defect(s) that would knock this copy down to an 8.0. @CGC Mike what's the recourse Mike?
  12. 8.0 seems a tad harsh. at best, this copy grades out at technically an 8.5 due to the description of the size of the stains. Presents like a champ!
